The natural world has so much wisdom to impart, and so much beauty, joy and grief to express- as do our own inner landscapes. When we give voice to these elements in song, we keep the dance of life flowing like a river that's clear of blockages to our Spirit, and full of healing for the Earth (whose many voices otherwise go unheard.)

We will explore "song-writing" from technical and intuitive perspectives, with practical and energetic exercises for deepening your own capacity to catch songs and move them into existence.

Come, find your Song Medicine!

Join Kate Sutherland & Guelph Outdoor School for this special follow-up to Spring Sing.  No prior experience necessary.  We are hosting Kate again in response to popular demand, as well as Kate's approachability, obvious skill in facilitation & passion for song and music as a means of story telling, self-expression, and community.

As with all of our adult workshops, proceeds go towards scholarships for essential GOS Nature Immersion & mentorship programs.
